The Villa Voice

We would like to take this time to inform all our residents of the many changes planned for the Villa Del Rio in the next few months.  Below is a list of upgrades planned over the next 18 months.

Building Upgrades

·        Re-surface and repaint all of the foyer and hallways on the entire property.  This will also include door paintings so keep a watchful eye out for wet paint.

·        Replacing the tile in all the foyers to match the paint and improve the appearance.

·        Replace the VCT floor in all the laundry rooms with new tile floors.

·        Replacing the exterior siding.

·        Repairing and replacing all the decks.

Clubhouse Upgrades

·        Converting the game room into a full sized fitness facility with state of the art equipment.

·        New lounge room with fireplace, large flat screen T.V. with surround sound.  Room will be available to reserve as a small movie theater.

·        Decreasing the size of the clubhouse bathrooms to make space for a new game room.

We look forward to all the changes soon to come to the Villa Del Rio and hope everyone is just as excited as we are.
